Your Senators Need to Hear From You

Senators Clinton and Schumer lost the courage necessary to stand up to President Bush's war against Iraq. They need to hear from you. Use this email form to express your displeasure with their vote and urge them to oppose any further attempts to expand the White House's ill-defined, open-ended war to the people of Iraq.

Email Your Senator Right Now

The Honorable

I am extremely disappointed that you chose to support President Bush's proposed war against Iraq. Bush's war on Iraq will further erode our relations in the Middle East, lead to further instability and unrest in the region, and undoubtedly cost the lives of countless innocent Iraqi civilians. The United Nations estimates that more than 500,000 Iraqi children have died as a result of U.S. backed sanctions against Iraq. It is not too late for you speak out against this ill-advised and dangerous adventure in Iraq. It is time to find a different way to deal with Saddam Hussein.

Day in day out, U.S.-led sanctions inflict pain and suffering on Iraqi civilians who have no say over Saddam Hussein's policies. Photographers and concerned citizens have journeyed to Iraq to document the human cost of this faceless U.S. policy. Meet the people of Iraq
